-
- If replace-block is Shift-CTRL-A Ctrl-B (deselect all, start block), then
- it has no place in this standard. If someone wants that macro, they can
- try build it themselves.

-
- In a drawing program, `Bold' might be very dangerous (does a pixel-blur).
- Does this mean we make it Shift-CTRL-B? No. Hiding functions in
- contortionist key combinations is not a solution to possible danger in
- applications. The application should simply make it safe. This is
- trivial to do, as various subscribers have noted (just check if all
- is highlighted before scrapping it).

-
- A `find'/`find next' operation can be implemented as a `find-and-highlight-all'
- in combination with this `jump to next block' function. I would suggest that
- any program providing multiple blocks would use this technique, and therefore
- the `jump to next block' function is CTRL-G.

-
- This is very tricky. We are missing a vital document: a list of all
- candidate key combinations. For example, is ^/ allowed? Shift-/?
- Shift-4? $? Shift-$? This is a good argument for using upper/lower
- characters in shortcuts.

- About ALT keys: I suggest we use Alt-key for macros execution and
- Alt-Shift-key for macro definition (if needed). This way, it doesn't
- matter that some alt-keys are not available on some keyboards, because
- they are ALL user-defined. We should still allow Alt key combonations
- in APP_DEFS.SYS, since many applications have no [use for] macros.
